dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku BOZP na pracovišti. Celá tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, tedy na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu BOZP a poté zejména na nejdůležitější témata, která spadají do této problematiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na systém BOZP ve vybrané společnosti a současně obsahuje i dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci této společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on the issue of occupational health and safety in the workplace. The entire thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the concept of occupational health and safety and then especially on the most important topics that fall under this issue. The practical part focuses on the occupational health and safety system in a selected company and also includes a questionnaire survey among the employees of this company.en
