dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci popisuji vývoj ochranných pracovních pomůcek, které v současnosti považujeme za samozřejmost. Vývoj těchto pomůcek byl logickým pokračováním historického vývoje medicíny se všemi úspěchy i prohrami, které k tomuto vývoji patří. Proto jsem v první části zařadila historický přehled. Ochranné pomůcky, jak sám název vypovídá, slouží k ochraně zdraví. Zdraví pracovníků ve zdravotnictví (a nejen sester) může být ohroženo různými vlivy. Proto je i tato práce rozčleněna na ochranu před infekcí, rentgenovým a laserovým zářením. Infekci je věnována největší část této práce, protože je tato problematika nejstarší, v průběhu věků zahubila velké množství lidí a ani dnes nelze infekční onemocnění a komplikace podceňovat. Rentgenové záření bylo objeveno přibližně před 120 lety. Jeho význam je velký, zdravotní rizika s ním spojená ale bohužel také. Naopak laserové záření se ve zdravotnictví využívá nejkratší dobu a riziko pro pacienta i obsluhu je díky bezpečnosti současných přístrojů jen malé.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my BA thesis I describe the development of the protective equipment which we take for granted at present. Its development was a logical continuation of the historical development of medicine with all its successes and losses. That is why I include a historical overview in the first part. Protective equipment, as the name suggests, serves to protect one's health. Health of health care workers (and not only of nurses) can be threatened by different influences. Which is why my thesis is structured into protection against infection, X-ray and laser radiation. Most of the thesis is devoted to infection, as this issue is the oldest one, having killed a great number of people in the course of time and infectious diseases and infection related complications must not be underestimated at our times either. X-radiation was discovered approximately 120 years ago. Its importance is great, unfortunately, so are the risks connected with it. On the contrary, laser radiation has been used in health care for the shortest time and the risk both for the patient and for the personnel is rather small thanks to the safety of the currently used devices.en
