dc.description.abstractPráce je zaměřená na studium deviantního chování a formy sociální kontroly v online videohrách ve formátu monografie videohry EVE online. Vychází při tom ze zúčastněného pozorování, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy oficiální komunikace tvůrců hry. Práce klade důraz na dimenzi symbolické antropologie a pracuje se symboly v duchu C. Geertze. Zároveň však čerpá za aktuálních poznatků digitální antropologie, která za svůj pracovní terén bere kyberprostor, který studuje tradičními antropologickými metodami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is focused on the study of deviant behavior and forms of social control in online video games, specifically the EVE Online game, in the format of a video game monograph. It is based on participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and analysis of the game creators' official communication. The work emphasizes the dimension of symbolic anthropology and works with symbols in the spirit of C. Geertz. At the same time, it draws on the current knowledge of digital anthropology, which takes cyberspace as its field of study and applies traditional anthropological methods.en
