dc.description.abstractKompaktní tester elektronických součástek. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací mikroprocesorového testeru. V první části práce jsou uvedeny principy měření základních součástek pomocí mikrokontrolérů. Další část práce popisuje hardware navrženého prototypu, vybrané způsoby měření a software řídícího mikrokontroléru. Následuje měření parametrů navrženého prototypu a vyhodnocení výsledků. Na konec je prototyp srovnán s podobnými zařízeními a také jsou navržena vylepšení do budoucna. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení dosažených parametrů prototypu a odůvodnění některých nedostatků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedCompact tester of electronic components. This thesis deals with design and realization of the microprocessor tester. The first part outlines the basic principles of measurement using microcontrollers. The next part describes hardware of the designed prototype, chosen measurement methods and the software of the microcontroller. The parameters of the designed prototype were measured in lab and the results evaluated. At the end is the prototype compared with similar devices and also there are some proposed improvements for the future. End of this work focuses on an evaluation of the of the prototype parameters and justification of the shortcomings.en
