| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi identitou a tématikou jídla. Soustředí se na to, jakou úlohu hraje jídlo v životech respondentů či jakou může mít jídlo souvislost se vzpomínkami na jejich minulé zážitky. Stěžejní tématikou práce je koncept paměti ve spojitosti s jídlem. Hlavní metodou této práce je rozhovor, doplňující metodou zúčastněné pozorování. Respondenty jsou studenti Západočeské Univerzity v Plzni a University of Kent ve Velké Británii. | cs |
