dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje postkonfliktní rekonstrukci Afghánistánu. Jejím cílem je odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku: Čím přispěla mírová mise postkonfliktní rekonstrukci Afghánistánu? Práce se zaměřuje konkrétně na roli této mise v reformě tamního bezpečnostního sektoru, především tedy ve vojenské a policejní reformě a při procesu demobilizace, odzbrojení a reintegrace bývalých bojovníků do společnosti. Práce je rozdělená do tří částí. Ta první se věnuje dvěma teoretickým konceptům, na nichž je práce založena, tedy peacekeeping a postkonfliktní rekonstrukce. Následující část pojednává o mandátu mise ISAF v Afghánistánu. Třetí část je určena k zodpovězení výzkumné otázky práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis works with the theme of post-conflict reconstruction of Afghanistan. Its aim is to answer the research question: How did peacekeeping mission contribute to the post-conflict reconstruction of Afghanistan? The thesis deals mainly with the role of the mission in Afghanistan's security sector reform, specifically in military and police reform and process of demobilization, demilitarization and reintegration of ex-combatants to society. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one works with two theoretical concepts of peacekeeping and post-conflict reconstruction. The second one describes the mandate of ISAF mission. The last part is designated for answering the research question.en
