dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části se práce zabývá nejprve obecnou anatomií a fyziologií gastrointestinálního traktu (GIT). Následuje přehled zánětlivých onemocnění GIT a průřez radiologickými technikami a postupy při jejich diagnostice. Praktickou část pak tvoří kazuistiky zaměřené na pacienty s diagnózou zánětlivého onemocnění GIT, kteří podstoupili některá z uvedených vyšetření. Podklady pro ně laskavě poskytla Interní klinika ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis includes at first anatomy and physiology of the gastrointestinal tract. Followed by an overview of gastrointestinal inflammatory diseases and cross-section of radiological techniques and procedures for their diagnosis. The practical part consists of case studies focused on patients with a diagnosis of gastrointestinal inflammatory disease who underwent any of these examinations.
