dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem deníku odborné praxe studentů bakalářského studijního programu oboru všeobecná sestra. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje vzdělávání všeobecných sester. Popisuje studium na střední zdravotnické škole, vyšší odborné škole zdravotnické a vysoké škole. Zmiňuje navazující magisterské a specializační studium. Dále tato část obsahuje kapitolu o mentorech odborné praxe a v závěru popisuje samotný deník odborné praxe v souladu s platnou legislativou. Praktická část zahrnuje výsledky výzkumného šetření. Cílem práce je identifikovat nedostatky současného deníku odborné praxe a vytvoření návrhu změn pro deník nový.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the "Diary of practical training" which is written by students of bachelor study program: General nurse. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the education of the General nurses. It describes studies at a secondary medical school, a vocational school and a medical college. Also it mentions master and specialist studies. This section also contains a chapter about mentors of practicum and at the end describes the "Diary of practical training" in accordance with current legislation. The practical part of this thesis analyzes the current "Diary of practical training" and identifies the weaknesses. The result of the research is the list of recommendations for the diary improvement.en
