dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na výpočet spotřeby energie v pasivním domě a budově s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie. Dále jsou v této práci rozebrány výsledky výpočtů podle pasivního standardu v programu PHPP a podle standardu pro budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou v programu Energie. V závěru této práce jsou diskutovány rozdíly mezi těmito výpočty a přínos zavedení budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie do české legislativy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present Master's thesis is focused on calculation of energy consumption in passive houses and nearly zero energy houses. Additionally, there is also a description of the results of the energy consumption calculation according to passive house standards in a PHPP app and in an Energie app which calculates the consumpation according to nearly zero energy house standard. In the last part of this thesis, there is a dicussion about differences between both methods and analysis of the benefit of bringing the nearly zero energy houses into Czech Republic's legal framework.en
