| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá diferenciální diagnostikou bolesti v úseku hrudní páteře. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány nejčastější příčiny bolesti. Praktickou část práce tvoří soubor 5 pacientů, kteří lokalizovali bolest v oblasti hrudní páteře. Je zde popsáno vyšetření pacientů a následná terapie, která se skládala především z měkkých a mobilizačních technik a nácviku správného stereotypu dýchání. Cílem práce bylo rozlišit od sebe různé diagnózy a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit mé hypotézy. | cs |

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the most frequent causes of pain. The practical part consists of a set of 5 patients, who located problems in the thoracic spine. This section describes the examination of patients and subsequent therapy, which consisted of soft and mobilization techniques and practicing correct breathing stereotype.
