dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá právními aspekty odsunu sudetských Němců z Československa. V šesti kapitolách, jsou kromě právní analýzy transferu Němců popsány i největší česko-německé rozepře od roku 1848. Jedna z kapitol je věnována dekretům prezidenta republiky Edvarda Beneše, nejdříve v londýnském exilu, následně i na osvobozeném území v Československu. V práci jsou zejména zmíněny dekrety upravující postavení Němců v poválečném období. Další z kapitol má za cíl popsat průběh Postupimské konference, během které bylo rozhodnuto o transferu Němců z Československa a dalších zemí. V práci není vynechán ani průběh odsunu Němců v chomutovského regionu. V tomto ohledu mi velice pomohl Státní archiv Chomutov, s obstaráním pramenů, týkající se této události.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis deals with the legal aspects of the transfer of Sudeten Germans from Czechoslovakia. In addition to the legal analysis of the post-war transfer, six chapters are also devoted to the biggest milestones of Czech-German disputes since 1848. One of the chapters is devoted to decrees of President Edvard Beneš, first in exile in London, then in the liberated territory of Czechoslovakia. The work mainly mentions decrees regulating the position of Germans in the post-war period. Another of the chapters aims to describe the course of the Potsdam Conference, during which it was decided about transfer Germans from Czechoslovakia and other countries. The course of the removal of the Germans in the Chomutov region is not omitted either. In this context the State Archive of Chomutov helped me a lot, with the providing the sources related to this event.en
