| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na částečné výboje při různých druzích napětí. Pro uvedení do problematiky je v úvodu popsán princip a vznik částečných výbojů a jejich diagnostika a problematika. V další kapitole jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny konkrétní experimenty. Ve třetí kapitole je provedeno porovnání částečných výbojů při střídavém, negativním stejnosměrném a pozitivním stejnosměrném napětí. Dále jsou uvedeny dostupné měřící systémy pro střídavé a stejnosměrné obvody. | cs |

For introduction into the issue is described inception of partial discharges, diagnostics and their risks. In next chapter are described and evaluated particular experiments.
