| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou naučeného nepoužívání končetiny, které vzniká v důsledku poškození mozku. V teoretické části je poukázáno na možná řešení naučeného nepoužívání, je zde vysvětlen pojem neuroplasticity mozku a syndrom horního motoneuronu. Dále jsou vypsána některá z onemocnění, která jev naučeného nepoužívání končetiny mohou způsobit. Praktická část obsahuje 3 kazuistiky pacientů, u kterých byl prokázán jev naučeného nepoužívání horní končetiny. Cílem zde je poukázat na problematiku naučeného nepoužívání končetiny i na možná řešení. Praktická část obsahuje terapeutické doporučení, které může sloužit pacientům s naučeným nepoužíváním horní končetiny. | cs |
