dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o ženu v průběhu rizikového těhotenství. Obsah práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretické část práce pojednává o obecných poznatkách rizikového těhotenství, dispenzarizaci rizikového těhotenství, hospitalizaci ženy na oddělení rizikového těhotenství, ošetřovatelskou péči porodní asistentkou. V poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na psychologii prožívání rizikového těhotenství žen. Všechny tyto informace pramení z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou konkrétního případu dvou žen, které prožily rizikové těhotenství a to formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Jsou zde také uvedeny fragmenty rozhovorů s respondentkami. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny poznatky získané během výzkumné studie a doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the care of a woman in the course of high-risk pregnancy. Thesis of this work are devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part oves attention to the general knowledge of high-risk pregnancy, dispensarisation of involved women, thein hospitalisation in special departments and midwife nursing care. The last theoretical charter think over the psychological experiences of high-risk pregnant women. All information of these work stem from professional literature and internet resources. The practical part of the work deals with the analysis of a particular case of two women, who have experienced high-risk pregnancy, in the form of qualitative research. There are also fragments of interviews with respondents. At the end of the this research study obtained findings and recommendations for practice are given.en
