| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá pojmem venkovských obcí, jejich vývojem a zejména jejich rozvojem. Přitom definuje některé aktéry rozvoje, jejich roli v rozvoji venkova. Dále se práce v teoretické části zabývá specifiky správy venkovských obcí, které jsou často opomínány. Práce se neomezuje pouze na teoretický výklad a sama realizuje výzkum ve venkovské obci Svojetín. Popisuje zjištěné skutečnosti a na jejich základě předkládá konkrétní návrhy, jejichž aplikace má potenciál se zasadit o zlepšení kvality života v obci. | cs |
