| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivy povrchových úprav desek plošných spojů na pájitelnost. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pájitelnost a na vlivy, které pájitelnost ovlivňují. Dále obsahuje základní popis tvorby pájeného spoje, přehled základních druhů pájení, nejpoužívanější metody testování pájitelnosti a přehled povrchových úprav desek plošných spojů. V praktické části je popsán test pájitelnosti různých vzorků povrchových úprav desek plošných spojů, tento test byl realizován pomocí testu roztékavosti. | cs |
