dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je ve vybrané procesně orientované firmě identifikovat, zhodnotit a analyzovat rizika a navrhnout jejich řešení. Analýza je zaměřena na kvalitu procesů, jejich řízení a zjištění rizik. Dále je zaměřena na zprůhlednění procesů ve firmě a stanovení opatření na zjištěná rizika. Přínosem práce je stanovení metodiky řízení rizik pro vybranou firmu, sestavení seznamu vyhodnocených rizik a návrh konkrétních opatření pro vybrané oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify, evaluate and analyse risks in a selected process-oriented company and to propose their solutions. The analysis is focused on quality of the processes, their management and diagnosing of the risks. It also deals with transparency of the processes in the company and setting of measures for identified risks. An asset of this work is to define a methodology of a risk management for the selected company, to set a list of evaluated risks and to propose specified measures for selected areas.en
