dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o právních nástrojích Evropské unie v boji proti terorismu. Zejména se jedná o Europol, Prümskou smlouvu, Eurojust, Úmluvu EU o právní pomoci ve věcech trestních, společné vyšetřovací týmy a evropský zatýkací rozkaz. Autor nabízí náhled na jejich pojem, původ, vývoj, právní zakotvení, význam a reálné využití. V jedné kapitole je rozebrán rozsudek SDEU, jež se problematiky terorismu také týká. Samostatně je analyzováno rozdělení rolí mezi EU, členské státy a jiné organizace (OSN, NATO), pokud jde o boj s terorismem. Součástí práce je i souhrn těch nejvýznamnějších teroristických útoků, které zasáhly (nejen) Evropu. Celou prací prostupují relevantní informace o situaci ve Francii, která je jakýmsi podtématem diplomové práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on counter-terrorism instruments of the European Union. Specifically, Europol, the Prüm Treaty, Eurojust, the EU Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters, Joint Investigation Teams and the European Arrest Warrant. The author focuses on their definition, origin, development, legal base and importance as well as on their real use. One chapter analyses a CJEU case in which terrorism was also important. The division of roles between the EU, Member States and other organisations (UN, NATO) in the fight against terrorism is also included. One of the chapters represents a summary of the most significant terrorist attacks that hit (not only) Europe. The thesis contains information on the situation in France.en
