| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organické tranzistory a jejich metody charakterizace. První část práce je zacílena na seznámení s tranzistory, v dalších částech jsou uvedeny metody charakterizace a jejich postupy, tím jsou myšleny zejména statické a dynamické charakteristiky jak anorganických, tak i organických tranzistorů. V poslední části práce jsou implementovány znalosti z předcházejících kapitol práce do praxe. | cs |
