dc.description.abstractPaliativní péče klade na všeobecné sestry značné psychické nároky v důsledku kontaktu s utrpením a umíráním pacientů. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnoce-ní existujících technik a intervencí, které mají za cíl zmírnit dopad této psychické nároč-nosti na duševní zdraví a pohodu sester. Práce analyzuje relevantní odbornou literaturu a současné poznatky o stresorech v paliativní péči, jejich vlivu na všeobecné sestry a o účinnosti různých strategií zvládání. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejefektivnější techniky, které mohou přispět k prevenci vyhoření, snížení stresu a podpoře duševního zdraví sester pracujících v tomto náročném oboru. Výsledky analýzy poskytnou přehled o současném stavu poznání a mohou sloužit jako podklad pro doporučení v praxi paliativní péče zaměřená na podporu psychické odolnosti sester a zajištění kvalitní a udržitelné péče o pacien-ty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPalliative care places significant psychological demands on general nurses due to their contact with the suffering and death of patients. This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating existing techniques and interventions aimed at mitigating the impact of this psychological strain on the mental health and well-being of nurses. The thesis analyzes relevant scholarly literature and current knowledge on stressors in palliative care, their influence on general nurses, and the effectiveness of various coping strategies. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most effective techniques that can contribute to burnout pre-vention, stress reduction, and the promotion of mental health among nurses working in this demanding field. The results of the analysis will provide an overview of the current state of knowledge and can serve as a basis for recommendations in palliative care practi-ce focused on supporting the psychological resilience of nurses and ensuring high-quality and sustainable patient care.en
