dc.description.abstractPředmětem bakalářské práce je kvalita života pacientů s litiázou v močových cestách se zavedeným ureterálním stentem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis anatomie a fyziologie močového systému a onemocnění litiáza v močových cestách. Popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s litiázou v močových cestách se zavedeným ureterálním stentem a edukaci pacienta. V závěru teoretické části je popsána kvalita života a způsoby jejího měření. Praktická část je zaměřena na dotazníkové šetření pomocí dotazníku WHOQOL-BREF. Výstupem práce je edukační materiál pro pacienty s litiázou v močových cestách se zavedeným ureterálním stentem, ale také pro ostatní pacienty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the bachelor thesis is the quality of life of patients with urinary lithiasis with an inserted ureteral stent. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the anatomy and physiology of the urinary system and the disease lithiasis in the urinary tract. It describes the nursing care of a patient with lithiasis in the urinary tract with an inserted ureteral stent and patient education. At the end of theoretical part is described the quality of life and its measurement methods. The practical part is focused on the questionnaire survey using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. The result of the work is an educational material for patients with urinary lithiasis with ureteral stent in place, but also for other patients.en
