dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj ústavní role československých prezidentů. Jejím hlavním cílem je poskytnout komplexní přehled změn, jimiž prošlo postavení prezidenta republiky v ústavním systému československého státu. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na zasazení těchto proměn do historického kontextu minulého století, v němž společný stát Čechů a Slováků existoval mezi roky 1918 až 1992.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the evolution of the constitutional role of the Czechoslovak presidents. Its main objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the changes that the position of the president of the republic underwent within the constitutional system of the Czechoslovak state. Special emphasis is placed on situating these changes within the historical context of the past century, during which the common state of Czechs and Slovaks existed between 1918 and 1992.en
