| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu struktury odměňování top managementu v bankovním sektoru před a po finanční krizi. První část charakterizuje obecné rysy finanční a hospodářské krize. Stručně popisuje vznik a vývoj krize v letech 2007 - 2009 ve Spojených státech amerických a v České republice. V druhé části je věnována pozornost jednotlivým složkám struktury odměňování. V další části následuje analýza dat vybrané skupiny evropských bank s využitím specifických metod. Zásadní poznatky z provedené analýzy jsou sumarizovány pomocí struktury odměňování top manažerů za rok 2007 a 2012 a zhodnoceny. Nakonec je navržena struktura odměňování top manažerů Komerční banky v České republice. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the remuneration structure of top management in the banking sector before and after the financial crisis. The first part of the thesis describes general characteristics of financial and economic crises and briefly summarizes the emergence and development of the crisis between 2007 and 2009 in the United States of America and the Czech Republic. The second part is devoted to the individual components of remuneration structure. The next part of the thesis analyzes the data of a selected peer group of European banks, using specific methods. All essential findings from the analysis are summarized with the use of the remuneration structure for top managers in 2007 and 2012 and are evaluated. Finally, a remuneration structure for the Czech Commercial bank?s top management is designed. | en |
