dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce je srovnávací analýza filmové a knižní verze Pána Prstenů a to všech tří svazků, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers a The Return of the King. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá životem autora, fantasy literaturou, jejími podžánry a charakteristikou a původem díla. Druhá část se zabývá samotnou anylýzou jednotlivých dílů, porovnávání vybraných postav a dopadem, který nastal v populární kultuře po vydání Pána Prstenů. Tato bakalářská práce by měla poskytnout čtenáři náhled do života J.R.R. Tolkiena, do fantasy literatury, a především do světa Pána Prstenů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comparative analysis of the film and book versions of all three volumes of The Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the life of the author, fantasy literature, its sub-genres, characteristics and the origin of the book. The second part deals with the analysis of individual parts, the comparison of selected characters and the impact that occurred in popular culture after the release of the Lord of the Rings.This bachelor thesis should provide the reader with an insight into the life of J.R.R. Tolkien, into fantasy literature, and especially into the world of The Lord of the Rings.en
