| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá laboratorní diagnostikou tuberkulózy, popisuje a porovnává různé diagnostické metody. Nejvyšší citlivost vykazuje kultivace (MGIT, vaječné půdy), zatímco mikroskopie je rychlá, ale méně spolehlivá. PCR testy jsou vysoce přesné, avšak finančně náročné. Analýza lékové rezistence ukázala častou rezistenci na isoniazid a streptomycin. Epidemiologická data potvrdila vyšší výskyt tuberkulózy u mužů a rizikových skupin. Práce zdůrazňuje význam komplexní diagnostiky, nutnost kombinace metod pro přesnější a rychlejší diagnostiku. | cs |
