dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na stejnopohlavní manželství a jeho vnímání z pohledu českého ústavního práva. Práce má tři důležité části, v první postupně rozebírá ústavní ochranu práva na rodinný život a rodiny jako celku. Následně se práce zaměřuje na rozbor manželství a registrovaného partnerství, porovnává tyto instituty mezi sebou a pokouší se ukázat na možné právní nedostatky v jejich úpravě. V poslední části práce je rozebrána nejrelevantnější judikatura ohledně problematiky stejnopohlavních párů a je zanalyzován její vývoj.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on same-sex marriage and its perception from the perspective of Czech constitutional law. The thesis consists of three main parts, the first of which is a gradual analysis of the constitutional protection of the right to family life and the family as a whole. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the analysis of marriage and registered partnership, compares these institutes with each other, and tries to point out possible legal deficiencies in their regulation. This thesis concludes by examining the most relevant judicature on same-sex couples and analysing the development of judicature.en
