dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se primárně zabývá teorií eurasianismu, jejím historickým vývojem a vlivem na zahraniční politiku Ruské federace. Cílem práce je analýza formy a míry propojení mezi Duginovou teorií neo-eurasijství a vybranými zahraničně politickými kroky V. Putina v období od roku 2000 do roku 2008, kdy zastával funkci prezidenta Ruské federace. Jedním z východisek je Duginův pohled na region střední Evropy, role Německa v tomto prostoru a jeho spolupráce a vztahy s Ruskou federací. Druhé východisko se zabývá termínem "Blízkého zahraniční", jak ho definuje Dugin a především vztahem Ukrajiny a Ruské federace v této oblasti. Práce se také soustředí na teoretické výhodiska Duginovi teorie eurasianismu a zahraničně - politické kroky, které doporučuje ruské politické reprezentaci, v této práci, především Vladimiru Putinovi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis primarily focuses on the theory of Eurasianism, its historical development and real influence of the policies of the Russian Federation. The aim of this work is to analyze the form and level of interdependence between Dugin's theory of neo-Eurasianism and the steps chosen in foreign affairs led by Vladimir Putin between the years 2000 and 2008 when he served the two first terms as President of the Russian Federation. The essential outcome here is, in Dugin's view, the region of the Central Europe, the role of Germany in this area and its cooperation and affairs with the Russian Federation. The second outcome is focused on the term of nearby foreign countries in the way Dugin defines it and particularly on the relations with Ukraine and Russia in this area. The thesis also focuses on theoretical outcomes of Dugin's Eurasianism theory and those foreign-policy steps recommended to Russian political representation in this work, mainly to Vladimir Putin.en
