dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zabývá možností aplikace mezinárodního standardu účetního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky (IFRS for SME) do společnosti Sládek-stavby, s. r. o., je využitelná tedy jako metodická příručka pokud by se organizace rozhodla vykazovat účetní transakce podle IFRS for SME. Nejprve je provedeno vymezení malých a středních, právní úprava účetnictví v ČR a charakteristika mezinárodního účetního standardu pro malé a střední podniky. Dále jsou uvedeny základní rozdíly v účetní závěrce a způsobech oceňování jednotlivých položek aktiv a pasiv dle ČPP a IFRS for SME. V rámci diplomové práce je blíže charakterizování způsob vykazování nákladů a výnosů z revitalizace a sanace panelového domu Praha Fantova podle IFRS for SME za použití metody procenta dokončení a metody nulového zisku. Účetní data vztahující se k této zakázce jsou také rozebrána z pohledu českých právních předpisů. Na závěr je provedeno porovnání vykazování podle ČPP a IFRS for SME s uvedením významných rozdílů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present work deals with the possibility of applying International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium Enterprises ( IFRS for SMEs) in company Sladek-stavby, Ltd., is therefore useful as a methodological guide if the organization has decided to report financial transactions in accordance with IFRS for SME . First of all the definition of small and medium enterprises, accounting regulation in Czech Republic and characterization of international accounting standards for small and medium enterprises. The following are the basic differences in the financial statements and valuation of individual assets and liabilities by Czech legislation and IFRS for SMEs. The diploma thesis characterize the method of reporting income and expenses from the revitalization and redevelopment of a block of flats in Prague - Fantova according to IFRS for SME using the percentage of completion method and the method of zero profit. The financial data related to this contract are also analyzed from the perspective of Czech legislation. In conclusion, a comparison is made by Czech legislation and IFRS for SMEs indicating a significant difference.en
