dc.description.abstract	Téma této bakalářské práce je "Správnou výživou proti anorexii." Práce zpracovává pohled na mentální anorexii a hodnotí rizikové faktory tohoto onemocnění. Skládá se z části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části popisuji problematiku onemocnění mentální anorexie (historii, poruchy příjmu potravy, definování mentální anorexie, specifické typy mentální anorexie, etiologické faktory, zdravotní komplikace, diagnostiku mentální anorexie, léčbu, prevenci) a výživu jako jeden z faktorů prevence. V praktické části jsem zpracovala čtyři kazuistiky doplněné rozhovorem. V závěru práce vyhodnocuji výzkumné otázky. Závěrů z práce jsem využila k sestavení edukačního materiálu. Je zaměřen na pomoc nemocným anorexií a hodí se i pro prevenci poruch příjmu potravy.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The title of the thesis is "Proper Nutrition against Anorexia". The thesis deals with anorexia nervosa and assesses the risk factors of the disease. The first part presents theoretical background, while the second part is practical. In the theoretical part I describe anorexia and related issues (history, eating disorders, definition of anorexia nervosa, specific types of anorexia, etiology of the disease, health complications, how to diagnose anorexia, treatment, prevention) and proper nutrition as an important factor in prevention. In the practical part I have presented four case studies supplemented by interviews. In the conclusion of the thesis I evaluate the findings related to the research objectives. I have used the conclusions of the thesis to create educational materials. Their aim is to help patients suffering from anorexia; these materials are also useful for prevention of eating disorders.	en
