dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou metod a nástrojů manažersky orientovaného účetnictví a otázkou možností a způsobů jejich využití při řízení podniků. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat současný stav poznatků souvisejících s manažerským účetnictvím a jeho metodami a nástroji, včetně jejich vývoje a nejdůležitějších milníků do podoby, v jaké jsou známy dnes. Text obsahuje konfrontaci "klasických" koncepcí, metod a nástrojů manažerských přístupů k řízení efektivnosti a finanční pozice s těmi "moderními". Určující je při tom pohled z hlediska stupňů (úrovní) podnikového řízení, na kterém jsou metody a nástroje účetnictví pro řízení používány, na němž jsou typické. Obsahem praktické části diplomové práce jsou ukázky dokumentující ve formě vyřešených příkladů a případových studií vybrané metody, nástroje a techniky manažersky orientovaného účetnictví, se kterými teoreticky seznamoval první oddíl práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis deals with methods and tools of the management accounting and possibilities and ways of their use in the corporate management. The main objective is to map the current state of knowledge related to management accounting and also methods and tools within this information subsystem, including the development and the most important milestones in the form, in that are known today. The text includes a confrontation the "classical" concepts, methods, tools of management approaches to the management efficiency and financial position with the "modern" ones. Determining is a view in terms of degrees (levels) of corporate management, where the methods and tools are used, on which they are typical. The content of the practical section of the thesis is documented of the practical demonstration in the form of solved examples and case studies of selected methods, tools and techniques of managerially oriented accounting, which theoretically acquainted with the first section.en
