dc.description.abstract	Stěžejní osou diplomové práce bude zmapování a analýza historických východisek a představení směřování současné penologické a penitenciární péče v kontextu proměny jednotného evropského kulturního prostoru. Autor se soustředí na analýzu těch ideových východisek, která odůvodňovala a vstupovala do formování soudobých standardů péče o odsouzené. Část práce bude sledovat proměnu těchto norem v praxi českého vězeňství a kriticky nastíní možnosti a nutné předpoklady pro implementaci "nových" východisek pro transformaci výchovy odsouzených. Praktickým výstupem práce budou návrhy na proměnu problémů, struktury a metodologie penologie s ohledem na její mezioborovou povahu. Práce bude založená na studiu relevantních odborných textů, jejich analýze a kulturně historické interpretaci.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The pivotal axis of this thesis will be mapping and analysing of the historical starting points and presenting the tendencies of the contemporary penological and penitentiary care in the context of the transformation of the unified European cultural environment. The author focuses on the analysis of the ideological starting points that have sustained and had an impact on forming of the contemporary standards of the care of prisoners. A part of the work will observe the transformation of the standards in the practice of the Czech prison service and critically outline opportunities and essential presumptions for the implementation of "new" starting points for the transformation of treatment of prisoners. The practical outcomes of the thesis will be proposals for a transformation of the problems, the structure and the methodology of penology with respect to its interdisciplinary character. The thesis will be based on the study of relevant professional texts, their analysis and culture-historical interpretation.	en
