dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o využití speciální přístrojové techniky při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci v přednemocniční neodkladné péči na území České republiky. Teoretická část práce shrnuje aktuální postupy pro kardiopulmonální resuscitaci dospělých při mimonemocniční zástavě oběhu. Obsahuje přehled používaných pomůcek a přístrojů při KPR a popisuje mechanizovanou srdeční masáž. Hlavním cílem praktické části bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat využití specifické přístrojové techniky při kardiopulmonální resuscitaci na zdravotnických záchranných službách v České republice se zaměřením na přístroje LUCAS, AutoPulse a kardiopumpa. Výzkum byl proveden metodou kvantitativního výzkumného šetření na zdravotnických záchranných službách jednotlivých krajů České republiky. Sběr informací proběhl formou dotazníku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the use of special equipment in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in prehospital emergency care in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes the current procedures for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of adults in out-of-hospital circulatory arrest. It contains an overview of the aids and devices used in CPR and describes mechanized cardiac massage. The main goal of the practical part of the bachelor thesis was to map the use of specific instrumentation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency medical services in the Czech Republic with a focus on LUCAS, AutoPulse and cardiopump. The research was carried out using the method of quantitative research at the emergency medical services of individual regions of the Czech Republic. The information was collected in the form of a questionnaire.en
