| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce na téma "Multikulturní motivace a spolupráce" se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti ABC a její spolupráci s odlišnou kulturou. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy motivačního programu v této společnosti, jeho inovace a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaných změn zefektivňující motivační program. Práce je rozčleněna do několika kapitol, z nichž první vymezuje její cíl a metodiku. Druhá kapitola obsahuje deskripci teoretické části a třetí charakterizuje vybranou společnost. Čtvrtá kapitola hodnotí motivační program a spolupráci společnosti. Motivační program společnosti byl analyzován dotazníkovým šetřením a rozhovory se zaměstnanci. V páté kapitole byl posuzován vliv multikulturní motivace a spolupráce na výkonnost společnosti. Výstupem práce je personální plán a benefity, které se opírají o výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jsou provázány s navrženým hodnotícím systémem. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This master thesis "Multicultural motivation and cooperation" focuses on the issue of employees´ motivation in the company ABC and its cooperation with different culture. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the incentive program of this company, to suggest its innovation and to conduct an economic evaluation of the proposed changes, which are outline in order to increase the effectiveness. The thesis is divided into several chapters, the first of which defines its purpose and the methodology. The second chapter contains a description of the theoretical part and the third describes the selected company. The fourth chapter assesses the incentive program and the cooperation of the company. The incentive program of the company has been analyzed via questionnaires and the employees´ interviews. The influence of the multicultural motivation and cooperation and their impact on the company's performance has been asses in the fifth chapter. The outcome of this thesis is a plan and the incentives that are based on the results of the survey and which are associated with the proposed evaluation system. | en |
