dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou financování a hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Zoologická a botanická zahrada města Plzně a následně komparací s hospodařením a financováním ZOO Dvůr Králové a. s., jakožto podnikatelského subjektu. V teoretické části jsou uvedena právní, daňová a účetní specifika příspěvkových organizací zřizovaných územními samosprávnými celky. V praktické části je nejprve představena vybraná příspěvková organizace. Následně je provedena analýza financování a hospodaření Zoologické a botanické zahrady města Plzně v časové řadě pěti let. Navazuje představení srovnávané zoologické zahrady, akciové společnosti ZOO Dvůr Králové. Dále je provedena analýza a komparace financování a hospodaření ZOO Dvůr Králové a Zoologické a botanické zahrady města Plzně. V závěru práce je zhodnocena řešená problematika a navržena doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis analyzes the financing and management of the Zoological and Botanical Garden in Pilsen, contributory organization, and consequently, compares the findings with the management and financing of ZOO Dvur Kralove Inc., as a business entity. In the theoretical section the thesis provides legal, tax and accounting specifics of contributory organizations established by local authorities. In the practical part, the chosen organization is introduced. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes the financing and management of Zoological and Botanical Garden in Pilsen in a five years timeline. The introduction of the compared joint-stock company ZOO Dvur Kralove follows. Furthermore, the thesis provides analysis and comparison of financing and management of ZOO Dvur Kralove and Zoological and Botanical Garden in Pilsen. In conclusion the thesis evaluates the issues addressed and proposes recommendations.en
