dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na problematiku úrazů centrálního nervového systému v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část je zaměřena na stručnou anatomii a charakteristiku kraniocerebrálního a spinálního poranění, na mechanismy jejich vzniku a shrnuje možné komplikace. Nastiňuje základní postupy v ošetření a léčbě pacienta a požadavky na jeho transport. V praktické části je zpracován kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je, na základě dotazníkového šetření, analýza znalostí laické veřejnosti v oblasti poskytnutí předlékařské první pomoci a informovanost o těchto poraněních. Dttazníky byly rozdány v Plzni, v Praze, ve Středočeském a Libereckém kraji. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo v období od 12. listopadu 2012 do 31.ledna 2013. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení, zda je nutné více se věnovat této problematice a přinést více informací laické veřejnosti o tomto výzkumném šetření.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I focus on the central nervous system injuries in prehospital emergency care. The theoretical part is focused on a brief anatomy and characteristics of trauma brain and spinal injuries, the mechanisms of their formation and summarizes the possible complications. It outlines the basic procedures in the handling and treatment of the patient and the requirements for his transport. In the practical part contains a quantitative research whose goal is based on a questionnaire survey, an analysis of knowledge in the general public to provide first aid and awareness of these injuries. Questionnaires were distributed in Pilsen, Prague and Liberec in the Central Region. The questionnaire survey was carried out in the period from 12th November 2012 to 31st January 2013. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether it is necessary to pay more to bring this issue and the general public more information about this research study.	en
