dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na institut oddlužení, který je jedním ze způsobu řešení úpadku dlužníka. Jedná se o sanační způsob řešení úpadku, neboť při splnění podmínek stanovených insolvenčním zákonem je dlužník osvobozen od placení pohledávek, přestože uhradil pouze jejich část. Cílem této práce je poskytnout analýzu institutu oddlužení a souvisejících zákonných podmínek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis deals with the institute discharge of debts as one of the ways of dealing with bankruptcy. It is a preservation method of insolvency resolution because the debtor is exempted from the rest of his debts after he had fulfilled all conditions laid down by the Insolvency Act. The debtor is exempted although he had paid only part of his debts. The aim of this thesis was to give an analysis of the institute discharge of debts and its legal conditions.en
