dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením síly stisku ruky z pohledu ergoterapie. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na význam ruky v ergoterapii a jejími funkcemi potřebnými pro vykonávání běžných denních činnosti. Definuje stisk ruky a poukazuje na faktory, které sílu stisku ruky ovlivňují. Ukazuje na možnosti, jak lze sílu stisku ruky vyšetřit a přibližuje nejvíce používaný způsob pro vyšetření síly stisku ruky- dynamometrii. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vyšetření síly stisku ruky z pohledu ergoterapie v České republice a v zahraničí pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu. Zaměřuje se na způsob a přístroje využívané k vyšetření síly stisku ruky, četnost měření během terapií, nejčastěji testované diagnózy. Výstupem praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a porovnání výsledků z České republiky a ze zahraničí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of the handgrip strenght from the perspective of Occupational therapy. The theoretical part aims to explore the meaning of the hand in the Occupational therapy and its functions which are neccesary to complete the activities of daily living. Furthemore, it is defined the handgrip strenght and explored the factors that may influence the hangrip strenght. The theoretical part demonstrates the possibilities of how can be hangrip strenght investigated and the most widely used method for assessing strenght- dynamometry testing. The practical part aims to explore the examination proces of handgrip strenght completed by Occupational Therapists in the Czech Republic and other countries by using quantitative research. It is explores the method and instruments which are used to examine the handgrip strenght, the frequency of measurements during therapies and the most frequently tested diagnoses. The results of the practical part is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and comparison of the results.en
