| dc.description.abstract | Práce prezentuje souhrn současných poznatků o lymské borelióze. Popisuje původce onemocnění, znalosti o kolování agens v přírodě, způsob přenosu, patogenezi a možnou terapii. Hlavní kapitoly zahrnují přehled o možnostech laboratorní diagnostiky. Představují rutinní metody i ty méně používané. V práci jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny laboratorní výsledky z Oddělení virologie, sérologie a parazitologie získané z FN Plzeň v období 6/2022 až 12/2023. Dále jsou podrobně popsány metody používané touto laboratoří. | cs |

It describes the causative agents of the disease, the knowledge about the circulation of the agent in nature, the mode of transmission, pathogenesis and possible therapy. The main chapters include an overview of the possibilities of laboratory diagnosis. Routine methods as well as less used ones are presented. Laboratory results from the Department of Virology, Serology and Parasitology obtained from the University Hospital Pilsen in the period 6/2022 to 12/2023 are presented and evaluated. | en |
