dc.description.abstract	Tématem této kvalifikační práce je Uspokojování vybraných potřeb u pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním v ambulantní péči. Práce je rozdělaná na část teoretickou i praktickou. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací, článků a studií, které se týkají zvoleného tématu. Hlavním cílem našeho kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, bylo zmapovat a následně interpretovat, jakou zkušenost a jakým způsobem jsou nemocní schopni své potřeby uspokojit. Celé výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů v kardiologické ambulanci. Šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 5 participantů s diagnostikovaným chronickým srdečním selháním a ze získaných výsledků lze posoudit odlišnosti v schopnostech i způsobech uspokojování vybraných potřeb.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this qualification thesis is Meeting selected needs in patients with chronic heart failure in ambulatory care. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on professional publications, articles and studies related to the chosen topic. The main aim of our qualitative research investigation, was to map and then interpret the experience and the way in which patients are able to meet their needs. The entire research investigation was conducted through semi-structured interviews in a cardiology ambulatory clinic. A total of 5 participants diagnosed with chronic heart failure took part in the investigation and from the results obtained it is possible to assess differences in the abilities and ways of meeting selected needs.	en
