dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na technickou a ekonomickou analýzu pasivního domu. V práci jsou obsaženy základní informace popisující problematiku pasivního domu. Práce obsahuje popis skutečného pasivního domu včetně jeho analýzy formou návrhu průkazu energetické náročnosti a termovizní diagnostiky. Součástí práce je vypracovaný průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy a protokol z infračervené termografie. V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání provozních nákladů analyzovaného pasivního domu a provozních nákladů vypočtených na základě průkazu energetické náročnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted master thesis is focused on the technical and economical analysis of passive house. The thesis includes basic information's describing issues of passive house. The thesis contains a description of the real passive house including its technical analysis in the form of an energy performance certificate and infrared thermography. The thesis contains processed proposal of an energy performance certificate and protocol from infrared thermography. Finally, the thesis compares actual operating costs of analyzed passive house and operating costs which have been calculated from energy performance certificate.en
