dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce hledá příčiny vzniku neshodných dílců při pálení plazmou. Výpalky můžou být širší až o 4 mm nebo na nich může vzniknout odskok od plánovaného obrysu výpalku. Proto se práce zabývá návrhem nápravných opatření a jejich technickoekonomickému hodnocení. Problematika je řešena i přímo s výrobcem stroje Microstep.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis looks for the causes of nonconforming parts in the process of plasma burning. Shape burnouts can be up to 4 mm wider, or they may deflect from the planned outline of the burnout. Therefore, the thesis also deals with the design of corrective measures and their technical-economic evaluation. This issue is dealt directly with the manufacturer of Microstep machines. The found causes are supported by scientific literature. The thesis includes several variants of the corrective measures, and it compares the most appropriate ones. The final choice, however, is left to the CNC plasma owner´s decision.en
