| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou eutanazie z pohledu základních lidských práv. Při jejich zkoumání budou uváděny argumenty, proč to které právo svědčí spíše ve prospěch legalizace eutanazie, nebo proti legalizaci. Za tímto účelem jsou v diplomové práci nejprve definovány jednotlivé pojmy s touto problematikou související a pro práci nejpodstatnější, a to například asistovaná sebevražda, aktivní a pasivní eutanazie nebo paliativní medicína. Stejně tak je pro objasnění krátce vymezen historický vývoj eutanazie. V následujících kapitolách je pak popsána právní úprava České republiky související s eutanazií a asistovanou sebevraždou a právní úprava a podmínky výkonu v některých vybraných státech. Nejdůležitější a klíčová část práce je v analýze vybraných základních lidských práv ve spojení s eutanazií. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with the issue of euthanasia from the perspective of fundamental rights. While studying fundamental rights and euthanasia, I gave arguments, which right is more for legalisation of euthanasia and which is more against legalisation. For this purpose, the thesis defines the most important terms, such as assisted suicide, active and passive euthanasia or palliative medicine. Likewise, the history of the term euthanasia is briefly defined. The following chapters describe the law of the Czech republic, which is related to euthanasia and assited suicide and the legal regulation of euthanasia and assisted suicide and the conditions for the procedure in the selected countries. The most important part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of selected fundamental rights in the connection with euthanasia. | en |
