| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením implementace a efektivnosti ERP systému Helios iNuvio v konkrétním podnikatelském prostředí společnosti STRIX Chomutov, a.s. Práce podrobně zkoumá, jak systém ovlivňuje interní procesy a ekonomické parametry podniku. Práce se dále zaměřuje na identifikaci a analýzu rizik spojených s implementací a je navrhnuto opatření pro zlepšení v rámci organizace. Tento přístup umožňuje posoudit nejen bezprostřední finanční přínosy a výnosnost investice, ale také další dopady na organizační a firemní kulturu. | cs |
