dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou inovací a strategií modrého oceánu. Téma bylo zvoleno na základě důležitosti inovací pro růst ekonomiky, společností a organizací. Práce podrobně analyzuje strategii modrého oceánu, její prvky, principy zavedení a jednotlivé nástroje, které napomáhají k jejímu provedení. Prostřednictvím případových studií byla ukázána důležitost inovace a strategie modrého oceánu pro růst konkrétních firem a vytvoření nových tržních odvětví. Hlavním výstupem práce je metodický postup pro zavedení strategie modrého oceánu a dosažení trhu s vysokým růstovým potenciálem. Tento výstup je dále doplněn o závěrečná doporučení a identifikaci možných překážek na cestě k realizaci strategie modrého oceánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis addresses the issue of innovation and blue ocean strategy. The topic was chosen based on the importance of innovation for the growth of economies, societies and organisations. The master's thesis analyses in detail the blue ocean strategy, its elements, the principles of implementation and the different tools that help to implement it. Through case studies, the importance of innovation and the blue ocean strategy for the growth of specific companies and the creation of new market sectors has been shown. The main output of the master's thesis is a methodical approach for implementing the blue ocean strategy and achieving a market with high growth potential. This output is further complemented by final recommendations and the identification of possible obstacles on the way to the implementation of a blue ocean strategy.en
