dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací u pacientů se srdečním selháním, především edukačními metodami a jejich vlivem na podporu adherence k léčbě u pacientů se srdečním selháním. V práci jsme se zaměřili na tři edukační metody, a to metodu zpětného učení, metodu edukace vedenou sestrou a metoda tréninku všímavosti. Dále jsme popsali epidemiologii srdečního selhání, edukaci a adherenci. V praktické části jsou shrnuty údaje vybraných studií týkajících se edukačních metod podporující adherenci k léčbě. Cílem práce je pomocí vyhledaných relevantních dat z licencovaných a volně dostupných elektronických databází poskytnout přehled informací, které se týkají nejnovějších poznatků v oblasti edukace nemocných se srdečním selháním.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with education in patients with heart failure, especially educational methods and their influence on promoting adherence to treatment in patients with heart failure. In this thesis, we focused on three educational methods, namely the teach-back method, nurse-led education method and mindfulness training method. We also described the epidemiology of heart failure, education and adherence. In the practical section, data from selected studies on educational methods to promote adherence to treatment are summarized. The aim of this thesis is to provide an overview of the latest findings in the field of education of patients with heart failure using relevant data from licensed and freely available electronic databases.en
