Diplomová práce se snaží objektivně posoudit příčiny a důsledky šedé ekonomiky a švarcsystému. Práce obsahuje nástin toho jak dochází k měření rozsahu šedé ekonomiky. Diplomová práce nabízí analýzu právní úpravy švarcsystému včetně následků, které můžou plynout z jeho využívání. Diplomová práce se zabývá judikaturou v oblasti švarcsystému a závěrečná část se věnuje nástinu vlastního řešení problematiky. | cs |
