dc.description.abstract-translatedThe right of the necessary road through the adjacent land to the land on which the building is located, in the conditions of the Slovak Republic can be established by a constitutive decision of the court, under the prerequisites of the provisions of Section 151o (3) of the Civil Code. Application practice subsequently interprets these statutory prerequisites, among others, for example, in the decision of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic of 30 June 2022, Case No. 5 Cdo 51/2020, which is the focus of this paper.en
