| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností organizace a její rolí v marketingových aktivitách podniku, konkrétně chemické společnosti Synthomer. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část byla tvořena literární rešerší vycházející z české a zahraniční odborné literatury. V praktické části byla provedena komplexní analýza všech společensky odpovědných aktivit organizace a byly formulovány opatření a návrhy, jak zlepšit stávající úroveň CSR společnosti. | cs |
