Detekce zbytků potravin v ozvučnicových nádobách. Potenciál a limity výzkumu

Abstract

V klenbách a ojediněle i v obvodových zdech několika středověkých kostelů na našem území byly evidovány keramické nádoby, které byly dosavadním bádáním určeny za ozvučnicové, tj. za prostředek zlepšující akustiku interiéru stavby. V rámci průzkumu, jehož závěry příspěvek prezentuje, byly odebrány vzorky z vnitřních stěn vybraných keramických nádob, zazděných v klenbách závěrů raně gotických kostelů sv. Havla v Myšenci a Všech svatých v Kovářově. Výsledky detekce zbytků potravin byly v některých případech pozitivní a dokládají, že tyto konkrétní nádoby byly před zazděním užity ke skladování potravin. Cílem příspěvku je představit výsledky komorního průzkumu a specifikovat jeho výpovědní hodnotu a limity pro další medievistické bádání.

In the vaults and, occasionally, in the outer walls of several medieval churches in our territory, ceramic vessels were recorded, which were determined by previous research to be sound-proof, i.e. a means of improving the acoustics of the interior of the building. As part of the survey, the conclusions of which are presented in the article, samples were taken from the inner walls of selected ceramic vessels, walled up in the vaults of the early Gothic churches of St. Havel in Myšenec and All Saints in Kovářov. The results of the detection of food remains were positive in some cases and prove that these particular vessels were used for food storage before being walled up. The aim of the article is to present the results of the chamber survey and to specify its informative value and the limits for further medieval research.
