dc.description.abstract-translatedThe phenomenon of trust is reflected not only in the field of interpersonal rela- tions, but also in the sphere of trust in law, social institutions and society. Trust in law can be understood as the reliance of legal persons and society on justice and the functionality of law as a system of legal norms and legal relationships. It expresses the belief and recognition of law as a means of functional organization of the affairs of individuals, social groups and society. Trust in law is a part of in- dividual, group and social legal consciousness and contributes to the acceptance of the law and its legitimacy in society. It represents one of the prerequisites for the functioning of a democratic state as a rule of law.en
